maybe on here i'll start showing off some music. if i write a new track, i'll write about it and link it here. maybe in the future, when i'm popular with other teenaged pinterest queer folks like me they'll go diggin for rarities or demos
my dream in music is to get a fanfic named after me that'd be siiiick
like what if there was some 6th grader's sonic highschool yaoi fluff fic named after one of my silly songs that is my dream and nothing more
i want to play my music at like local venues maybe. like 500 monthly listeners would kill me in a good way but that's wayyyy too out there
this whole blog is an excuse to infodump about new songs and favorite bands honestly
lowkey wish my parents would get me therapy again they picked like the two worst options for therapy out there for little kay
---------------
been listening to more bandcamp music lately; i usually use spotify but bandcamp feels soulful and also it doesn't beg on its hands and knees to use the new ai feature nobody fuckin wants
i'm deadass if you use spotify on iphone or something they'll ask you 5 times a week to please please please prompt a playlist you want to sooooo badddddd
unfortunately in the digital cyberspace age i don't have a credit card so i am at the mercy of free streams
i have a few cds from bandcamp that i bought with a gift card but they're not paired to my fan account so i still don't technically *own* This Old Dog or Another One in bandcamp's eyes
i like how bandcamp shows you some new shit based on genre i've been into midwest emo lately
currently listening to japanese 80s city pop (meiko nakahara, reiko takahashi) mixed with some yacht rock (silver, maybe beach boys)
oh yea, and also a shit ton of ween. i love ween so much, but recently have been feeling the 2007 releases, The Pod and GodWeenSatan: The Oneness. check those out
won't really be writing too much good shit so there's not much to say today.
